President

Isaac serves as the President of Stratwell Oak where he leads a high-performing team of corporate consultants focused on strategic planning, market development and raising debt and equity capital for businesses.  His over 12 years past experiences includes a key role at Bank of Montreal, where he worked as a Business Banking Credit Risk Analyst, providing rigorous financial analysis for the bank’s lending portfolio. He was previously a Tax Analyst with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) of the Government of Canada. Earlier in his career, Isaac held client-facing and advisory roles at CIBC, where he provided financial planning, investment advisory, and wealth management services. His international experience includes leadership positions in Ghana, West Africa, notably as Head of Business Development for Delta Capital Ghana, where he pioneered the department to build close to a $100Million assets under management (AUM) portfolio under three years.
